The aim of this practice is to slow down the body and mind with intentional breath and movement — remember, slow doesn't mean it will be easy! Create space physically to accommodate a growing baby, as well as mental space to help stay grounded during a time of great transition. You will need blocks, a bolster, and a blanket.
