CORE offers an all-levels CORE-centric mat pilates based class that is unique to ODD and consists of challenging mat pilates movements that will strengthen and mobilize your spine to it’s largest pain-free range of motion. Firm up your middle and free up your joints with an emphasis on breathwork while rocking out to an eclectic mix of upbeat music!
