I began practicing yoga as a way to heal my hips and back pain. I was instantly hooked. Yoga allowed me to make a connection with my body unlike any other movement modality and helped me build strength and courage. Yoga allowed me to connect with students of all different walks of life and has kept me hungry and searching for more knowledge ever since completing my first 200 hour training. If you can catch me off the mat (I never stop moving), I'll probably be spending time with my two Pups Scout and Ranger, gym-ing it up, running and my ultimate favorite, hiking.

MY STEEZ: Shouting and hollering are always welcome in my SWEAT, SCULPT, and CORE classes. I hope to challenge you in body and mind all while making it fun.
