Nikita will lead you through a 30 minute upper body workout. It'll be a breeze she says! No yoga or lunges in this class. Great for those with mobility struggles. Upper body work can be from standing or even a chair with core work on the mat.
Esté will guide you through a warm up and lower body circuit workout. Modifications included for all levels.
