Actor, activist, educator, mover & shaker of things. I’m an NYU Tisch grad who somehow punched, kicked and twirled her way to the west coast. Alongside performing and organizing, I’ve taught a variety of fitness formats over the past 6+ years in NYC & LA. I move because I can, because it feels good, and because it heals. Let It Burn! - Upper Body & Abs
Nikita will lead you through a 30 minute upper body workout. It'll be a breeze she says! No yoga or lunges in this class. Great for those with mobility struggles. Upper body work can be from standing or even a chair with core work on the mat.

Cool down! Whether it's from a FIT class, a bike ride, a gym sesh, or whatever! A series of stretches for the full body.
FIT - BadASS Cardio
No props needed! Shoes are welcomed. "Stability is hard to come by these days!" Get your lower body activated and your heart laughing with Nikita's big cardio workout for your lower body.
QUICK CARDIO: Kickboxing & Jump Rope
Nikita will get your heart rate going feeling good! Quick jump rope workout with cardio kickboxing drills. Grab a jump rope of your choice. Shoes are recommended for this workout.
BUTT - Big Movement and Booty Burn
Enjoy a laugh and a butt kicking with Nikita! Lower body strength, cardio, and core training - finish this class feeling length, strength, and release.
You'll want a fitness band for class.
FIT - Upper Body and Core
Our gal Nikita brings it with an energizing HIIT! We focus on upper body and core conditioning with some sprinkles of cardio and lower body. You might want a pair of light weights.

BUTT - Mind Right, Booty Tight
Get your mind right and your booty tight! Nikita blends flow, HIIT, and barre in this class - you'll finish it off feeling length, strength, and release (but also like jello)!
