SCULPT classes are designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group in your body. This whole body workout is set to energizing tunes that will motivate you to get through that last pushup/crunch. SCULPT is an excellent addition and compliment to a regular yoga practice. Expect squats, lunges, bicep/tricep curls, lots of core work, and tons of fun!
Nikita will lead you through a 30 minute upper body workout. It'll be a breeze she says! No yoga or lunges in this class. Great for those with mobility struggles. Upper body work can be from standing or even a chair with core work on the mat.
