Are you down for challenging, out of the box flows, lots of core work and maybe a little booty shaking thrown in the mix? Release fears, step out of your comfort zone, work muscles you never knew you had and let your crazy out to upbeat and energetic playlists. Bring your friends and get ready to get sweaty!
