I would define myself as “Hugger” as far as personality types go... I’m pretty sure that’s an ENFCuddler in Meyers Briggs. I came to LA from FL where the yoga love began. At first, I was attracted to yoga for the workout aspect, but when I found myself becoming more balanced and blissful after each class I thought, “this is THE THING isn’t it??” I decided to spread the good news and have fallen in love with teaching yoga. When I’m not teaching, I act, improvise, sing to my dog, eat tacos, and wiggle up and down Silver Lake to some kickin’ tunes.

ODD FACT: I was voted Class Clown in high school. I try to indulge in movie/popcorn night on average 4-5 times a week.
MY STEEZ: Connection. I want to get to know you! By knowing you, I can properly encourage you to find your own unique way of moving through shapes, and in turn this world. We will lighten up, laugh, encourage each other, and make some noise! I teach FLOW, SWEAT, SCULPT, and CORE, all with strong emphasis on form, transitions, and stability.

Shoulder Flossing To Relieve Stress
Victoria offers her favorite tip for posture & shoulder mobility. You will need a strap or a belt for this practice.

Victoria offers a quick sculpt flow class. You will need light/medium weights.
