Feel oh so good after this relaxing and restorative (no-flow) yoga practice. This class generally moves through 5-10 poses supported by props, very little movement is required. RESTORE offers supportive postures using lots of props and cushions to ease your body into a state of pure bliss. We will get creative with what we can use in our homes!
