Need a full body workout? This is your gem. Audrey is a motivator, skilled teacher, and will help you kick your own butt. This is a fitness class, not yoga.
FIT - Full Body Cardio Circuit
Audrey offers a high intensity full body cardio program. Props include a set of blocks and weights (optional).
Slow Flow with Bobbi
This class breaks down the basics and moves slow so you can build confiedence. Return to a home practice or get to know things you'll see a lot in class. It's a slower moving introduction to "Flow" and "Chill" styles of yoga. We build up to sun salutes and a standing flow sequence.
BUTT - Slow Strength
Lots of mat work and squats. Working on booty strength, engaging core and supporting our back! Warm up with yogic stretches and then we move into two fitness blocks.
1st a block using the resistance band or body weight.
2nd block using dumb bells or body weight.
Ends with a cool down stretch.
SWEAT - Steady and Strong
Need to get the ball rolling? This class will start sweetly and leave you sweaty! A full-body strength-focused workout with short cardio bursts. Lots of time on your feet to bring your energy up.

FLOW - Going Inward
In this practice, we're exploring what it feels like to go inward with intention. Variations of forward folding and heart-opening. Play with how those two ideas work together on our mats and philosophically.
Props: 2 blocks, strap, blanket optional
CORE - Explore Your Core
In this practice, connect and establish the fire in the core of your being. Great for starting to explore core work and pilates. You will need a pair of blocks and a small towel for sliding.
SWEAT - Feel It All
Cindy guides a short (ish) sweat class focused on - you guessed it - core work and side body! You will need a pair of blocks.
CHILL - Practice Feeling Good
Natalie leads us a short chill class, inviting you to follow your breath, and practice feeling good. You will need blocks, a bolster, and a blanket.
SWEAT - Move Through Stress
Cerrissa leads a quick 30 minute, cardio-focused SWEAT culminating in Warrior 3.
FLOW - Finding Your Center
Natalie offers a quick full body flow practice inviting you to find your center. You will need a pair of blocks.
