Need some time to chill out, move your body and just breathe? We got you. In this class we will link breath with movement as we flow slowly and stretch deeply to fantastic mellow tunes. NOTE: this is not a restorative or gentle/stretching class. It is a slow flow. We also offer RESTORE for those looking for that slow, slow.

  • Slow Flow with Bobbi
