  • BUTT - Slow Strength

    Lots of mat work and squats. Working on booty strength, engaging core and supporting our back! Warm up with yogic stretches and then we move into two fitness blocks.
    1st a block using the resistance band or body weight.
    2nd block using dumb bells or body weight.
    Ends with a cool down stretch.


  • SWEAT - Steady and Strong

    Need to get the ball rolling? This class will start sweetly and leave you sweaty! A full-body strength-focused workout with short cardio bursts. Lots of time on your feet to bring your energy up.

  • Intro To Core

    Bobbi provides tips on how to find balance from core activation and using the deep front line (fascial anatomy). You may need a pair of blocks and optional blanket.

  • Squat Skills - Maximize Every Workout

    This FIT tip with Cerrissa will get you the quick workout you need while giving you the information to do every BUTT class and SCULPT safely and effectively. Learn to properly deadlift, squat, bridge, and more!

  • Let It Burn! - Upper Body & Abs

    Nikita will lead you through a 30 minute upper body workout. It'll be a breeze she says! No yoga or lunges in this class. Great for those with mobility struggles. Upper body work can be from standing or even a chair with core work on the mat.
