Kapha is ruled by earth and water. Think supple, juicy, and unctuous tropical environments. 6-10 AM and PM is Kapha time. Late winter and early spring is Kapha season. The foundational building blocks of the year ahead but lacking in some air and fire. Kapha season and Kapha constitution can leave us feeling really muddy if we aren't mindful.
It's up to us to bring movement and fire into the season, into our mornings, maybe into our Kapha constitution to balance out the potential muddiness. Kapha is perfect for FIT, FLOW, SWEAT, and SCULPT just make sure to rest and not burn out.
SWEAT - Steady and Strong
Need to get the ball rolling? This class will start sweetly and leave you sweaty! A full-body strength-focused workout with short cardio bursts. Lots of time on your feet to bring your energy up.

FIT - Prenatal HIIT
Cerrissa shares a full body, pregnancy safe HIIT class for our prenatal community. You may use a light/medium set of weights, but they are not required.
FLOW - Connection
Jenny leads a 60 minute vinyasa flow class, focusing on connection and grounding from the feet to the heart. You will need a pair of blocks.
FIT - Full Body Cardio Circuit
Audrey offers a high intensity full body cardio program. Props include a set of blocks and weights (optional).
Let It Burn! - Upper Body & Abs
Nikita will lead you through a 30 minute upper body workout. It'll be a breeze she says! No yoga or lunges in this class. Great for those with mobility struggles. Upper body work can be from standing or even a chair with core work on the mat.
CORE - Building Awareness
Natalie offers a CORE-centric mat pilates based class that will strengthen and mobilize your spine to it’s largest pain-free range of motion. You will need a block.
Short - Prenatal Express Core
Cerrissa shares a quick core-centric flow for pregnant bodies. You can add this workout on top of your other activities or practice it as a short class for your busy day and changing body.
Short - Slide and Glide
Devon shares her favorite quick glider workout for the glutes. You will need a glider, socks, or a small towel.
Breath of Fire
Nadia teaches us Breath of Fire, a kundalini pranayama practice to help activate and purify your system.

FIT - Upper Body & Cardio
Esté will help you find the fierce with an upper body action packed workout including cardio! They will offer modifications for all body types and abilities. You've got this!
BUTT - Big Movement and Booty Burn
Enjoy a laugh and a butt kicking with Nikita! Lower body strength, cardio, and core training - finish this class feeling length, strength, and release.
You'll want a fitness band for class.
QUICK CARDIO: Kickboxing & Jump Rope
Nikita will get your heart rate going feeling good! Quick jump rope workout with cardio kickboxing drills. Grab a jump rope of your choice. Shoes are recommended for this workout.
